Minutes from Tuesday Meeting 31st May 2016
Meeting started at 7.08pm - Carl updated residents on recent developments about Two Trees Fields- David Blease response from the council, see attached.
MP Andrew Gwynne Statment from the 26th. No application to develop the Two Trees fields has been submitted to Central Government yet.
Carl then informed residents of future options for residents to develop a neighbourhood plan - He read part through the How to set up a neighbourhood forum from Planing Aid England. He asked residents who was interested in joining a Neighbourhood Planning committee to fill out a skills sheet.
And collected just 30 names for the committee. He said the aim was to keep growing our membership and that the minimum figure is 21 people. The group will be looking to expand membership and seeking to recruit members from a range of backgrounds.
